Customer Lead for Our Go-to-market Team
We are ramping up and strengthening our Go-to-market team with a Customer Lead who will take responsibility for the business from establishment to execution and further development.
The role operates at the heart of our commercial organization and ensures that the business is clearly defined, structured, and sustainable in the long term. Here, business acumen is combined with the ability to maintain the business over time.
Responsibilities and Key Tasks
The mission is to ensure that the terms, content, and frameworks of the business are clear and that the business operates throughout the entire business and delivery flow – from early business phases and projects to series production and further development.
This includes, among other things, that you:
- ensure that business terms and pricing are correctly set
- follow up on the business from a profitability perspective
- initiate and follow up on customer projects with clear business logic
- are the primary commercial contact for the customer and responsible for developing and nurturing the customer relationship
In this role, you will have many points of contact and work closely with Business Development and Project Management for a cohesive and efficient execution. You will report directly to our CCO.
Your Profile
You have experience taking commercial responsibility in a B2B environment and are used to working with long-term business relationships. You are confident in your communication and skilled at conducting structured, professional dialogues with customers on business-critical issues. You have the ability to clarify expectations, manage changes, and create consensus – both externally with customers and internally within the organization.
We would like you to have:
- Experience in customer or business responsibility in customer-specific manufacturing or project-based industry
- Familiarity with working on projects that involve quotes, projects, and long-term delivery
- Experience in pricing, business terms, and monitoring profitability over time
- The ability to manage changes in ongoing business in a structured and businesslike manner
- Experience in close collaboration with projects, technology, and production
As a person, you are structured, business-oriented, and confident in your judgment. You are comfortable in complex contexts and thrive in roles where long-term thinking, clarity, and business logic are crucial.
You are accustomed to working in digital environments and use system support as a natural part of your work approach. A good ability to work in Microsoft 365 and to structure, document, and follow up on business and customer information in digital tools is a prerequisite for the role. We expect you to communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, in both speech and writing.
