Are you service-oriented, structured, and enjoy a role with many points of contact? We are now looking for a customer service representative for our client in Malmbäck, where you will play an important role in creating a smooth and professional customer experience.
Our client is a nationwide player in the furniture industry with headquarters in Malmbäck, stores across Sweden, and a growing e-commerce business. Customer service is a central function that works closely with both stores, warehouses, and end customers. We are now looking for a customer service representative for the site in Malmbäck.
In this role, you will work broadly with order management and administration, delivery follow-up, as well as handling returns and complaints. You will answer product inquiries and have daily contact with customers via email and phone. You will act as the link between the store, end customer, and warehouse, driving your cases forward in a structured manner. The work is done in the business system Pyramid in close collaboration with the warehouse operations.
The position starts as a part-time job during the spring and transitions to full-time during the summer and fall. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is studying or has another main occupation of at least 50 percent. If you graduate this summer, this is an excellent opportunity to step into a full-time role.
Working hours are scheduled Monday to Friday. During the spring, you will enter your availability in our app and have the opportunity to influence your schedule. From June, working hours will be from 08:00 to 17:00.
This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by us at StudentConsulting and work at our client's location in Malmbäck.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented and has a professional and positive tone in their communication. You enjoy helping customers, finding solutions, and managing multiple cases simultaneously without losing structure or quality.
You have good technical understanding and are used to working in business systems. Experience with the Pyramid business system is an advantage but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you can easily familiarize yourself with new systems and independently find the information you need. Furthermore, you thrive in a role where teamwork is a natural part of everyday life and where you collaborate with colleagues on more complex cases. At the same time, you are comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for your own cases. You understand that some customer issues may be long-lasting and require dialogue with several functions within the organization.
Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability. To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, solution-oriented, and contribute to a positive and helpful work environment.
Does this sound like something for you? Submit your application today. Selection is ongoing, and the position may be filled before the application deadline.
