About the Role

We are looking for an engaged and business-oriented consulting manager in Jönköping who wants to combine customer responsibility and customer development with operational management and sales work.

You will be responsible for staffing, recruitment, personnel management, and workplace safety for your assigned accounts, primarily within the blue-collar sector. You will work closely with both clients and consultants, build trusting relationships, and ensure quality in every part of the delivery. The role also involves upselling and customer engagement where you identify new needs, take initiative, and drive the business forward.

This is a role for you who have experience in staffing and want to develop in a broad position where you lead, coordinate, and build business.

Your Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire staffing and recruitment process for your accounts

• Match the right candidates to the right assignments – with the right conditions

• Drive customer dialogues and develop long-term collaborations

• Work with upselling and customer engagement

• Follow up with consultants on workplace safety, well-being, sick leave, and performance

• Ensure good structure, follow-up, and quality in operations

• Handle administration related to contracts, schedules, salaries, and reporting

Your Profile

• Several years of experience in similar roles within staffing or recruitment

• Experience in customer responsibility and preferably upselling

• Good computer skills and proficiency in Swedish and English

• Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced role

• Relationship-building and communicative, with the ability to build trust

• Positive view of people and a coaching leadership style

• A valid driver's license is required as travel is part of the job
