GS Yuasa Battery Nordic is located in Bankeryd and works within sales, marketing, and logistics functions with a customer base in the Nordic countries and the Baltic region. The company has a stable global presence that continues to grow at an impressive rate and is now looking for another team member in Sweden, who will have the opportunity to be part of this growth journey.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will support the customer service team in their daily work, while also collaborating with the warehouse and inventory functions. You handle incoming inquiries from customers, register orders, and follow them through the entire process – from order to delivery.

You play a central role in ensuring that customers receive correct information and that deliveries take place as planned. The work involves both ongoing administration and contact with several internal functions to drive cases forward. This role suits you if you thrive with structure but also want variety in the form of contact with both customers and colleagues.

Among other things, you will:

• Receive and respond to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Register and handle customer orders in business systems
• Follow up on order status and ensure timely deliveries
• Support the inventory team with updating purchase orders and deliveries
• Handle documentation such as delivery confirmations and invoices

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Previous experience within service
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Good system proficiency and IT skills

Merits:

• Experience in customer service, order handling, or administration
• Experience working in business systems (ERP)
• Education in service, administration, or equivalent
