Recruitment Specialist at Competence Supply Unit

The Role of Recruitment Specialist

The Competence Supply Unit consists of 16 dedicated employees, 15 recruitment specialists, and one administrative coordinator. We specialize in competence supply, recruitment, brand building, and search. As a recruitment specialist, you will work closely with HR partners and recruiting managers within various operations in Jönköping County. Your tasks will include, among other things:

  • Support, coach, and train managers in competence-based recruitment.
  • Conduct needs analyses and requirement profiles, write job ads, and conduct tests, work samples, and interviews.
  • Be responsible for and develop processes and working methods to attract and recruit employees to the region's various operations.
  • Search for candidates in various channels – and explore new ways to find the right competence.
  • Develop, plan, and implement various projects within the areas of attracting and recruiting, such as target group surveys and development of the recruitment process and candidate experience.

We offer you a permanent full-time position with immediate effect or as agreed. Probationary employment may be applied.

There is an opportunity to base yourself from Jönköping, Eksjö, or Värnamo.

The Competence Supply Unit is part of the central HR department at the Regional Executive Office.

  • We create conditions for efficient and quality-assured recruitment processes that support managers in using the right competence, satisfied candidates, and efficient operations.
  • We are Jönköping County's leading competence center for recruitment and competence supply in the areas of attracting and recruiting.
  • We create the best possible conditions to attract and recruit our target groups.
  • We create projects for interventions during the year that are prioritized, predictable, recurring, and lead towards the operation's need for competence.
  • We develop systems and guidelines for recruitment and competence supply in the areas of attracting and recruiting.

Your Profile

You have education in HR, administration, behavioral science, or similar. We consider it desirable that you also have experience with:

  • Recruitment and personnel assessment
  • Work close to customers and recruiting managers to ensure high quality throughout the entire recruitment process.
  • Previous work with employer branding issues and communication.

Travel within the region is common, so a B-driving license is a requirement. Since communication of various kinds is an important part of the assignment, we see that you master the Swedish language without difficulty in speech and writing.

You have strong communication skills and feel confident in coaching managers, writing attractive job ads, and establishing contact with relevant candidates.

Our Recruitment Process

The last day for applications is 2026-08-11.

In a first step, we conduct digital interviews, which are scheduled for the afternoon of 18/8 and the morning of 21/8.

After an initial selection, current candidates are invited to on-site interviews. These are scheduled for the afternoon of 24/8 and the morning of 27/8.
