About the role

As a Workshop Administrator, you are a key person in our daily operations. You ensure that information, documentation, and processes run smoothly, acting as the link between customers, mechanics, suppliers, and Scania.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Handling invoicing for completed work.
• Working with warranty management and documentation for Scania.
• Communicating with customers and suppliers regarding invoices and warranty cases.
• Providing administrative support to site and department managers.
• Collaborating closely with our mechanics to ensure the right information is in the right place.
