About the role

We are currently looking for a Meeting Scheduler working 50% for Länsförsäkringar in Jönköping. As a Meeting Scheduler, you are responsible for planning and booking various types of customer visits for both private individuals and businesses. You will work primarily digitally via email and SMS, although the phone is also used as a natural tool in daily work.

You will work within the company's CRM system and Outlook, where you plan and coordinate bookings based on geographical location, available resources, and efficient resource utilization. The role involves many contact points, and you will become an important coordinating function in the operations. This role suits you if you enjoy having many contact points and want to be the one who makes the day flow smoothly for both customers and colleagues.

This is a part-time position at 50% with an expected duration of approximately one year.

Responsibilities

  • Book customer visits for private individuals and businesses.
  • Handle bookings via email, SMS, and phone.
  • Answer incoming calls from customers.
  • Handle rescheduling and changes in planning.
  • Plan bookings in the CRM system and Outlook.
  • Ensure efficient planning based on geography and available resources.

We are looking for someone who

  • Has good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing.
  • Is accustomed to working in various digital systems and has good computer skills.
  • Is available for 83.5 hours of work per week.
  • Can handle customer complaints in a constructive and solution-oriented manner.

It is an advantage if you have

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service.
  • Advanced ability to structure and prioritize your own workday.
