Here, you will work closely with managers and contribute with qualified support in recruitment, compensation, employment law, HR statistics, and workforce planning. Your responsibilities

As an HR consultant, you coordinate and develop work within administration and HR. You provide qualified support to managers and work both operationally and analytically in several central HR processes.

This includes, among other things:

  • Supporting managers throughout the recruitment process, from job ads and selection criteria to implementation and conclusion
  • Developing and analyzing salary ranges for different professional groups
  • Providing support in more complex compensation matters
  • Handling issues related to overcapacity, redundancy, and organizational change
  • Providing support in the interpretation and application of collective agreements, such as AB and Appendix M
  • Contributing to strategic workforce planning
  • Developing, analyzing, and presenting relevant HR statistics
  • Handling processes related to hiring and termination of employment

Worth knowing

This is a consulting assignment located in Värnamo. You will work closely with managers and other functions within the organization, and the role requires you to quickly familiarize yourself with processes, regulations, and ongoing needs.

Assignment period: August 3 – December 31.

Scope: 30 hours/week on-site in Värnamo.

Our expectations

We are looking for you who have an academic education in HR, personnel science, or another education considered equivalent. You have experience in broad HR work, preferably from the public sector or a politically governed organization.

You are accustomed to independently driving and supporting recruitment processes, working with compensation, and developing salary ranges. You also have experience with employment law issues, preferably linked to redundancy, organizational change, and collective agreements.

To succeed in the role, you need to have good knowledge of employment law, an understanding of strategic workforce planning, and the ability to develop and analyze HR statistics. You express yourself well in speech and writing and are confident in providing qualified support to managers in complex matters.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, and self-initiating. You can coordinate several processes in parallel, create momentum, and at the same time be clear, receptive, and professional in your dialogue with managers and other contact points.
