AnVa HordaGruppen AB is a subcontractor to a number of world-leading customers, primarily within the automotive and workshop industries, manufacturing products made of polymeric materials. Here you will take on a role where you become a key part of daily quality work, collaborating closely with production, customers, and suppliers. You will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to influence how quality work develops, while simultaneously contributing to ensuring high quality throughout the entire manufacturing process. This role is suitable for you if you enjoy combining a business-oriented approach with analysis, problem-solving, and improvement work. As a QUALITY ENGINEER, you play a central role in the quality organization and drive quality cases from start to finish. You work both operationally within the business and with the structure behind quality work, analyzing deviations, identifying root causes, and driving the work to ensure that measures are implemented and followed up. You collaborate closely with production, engineering, and other functions within the organization and serve as a key contact person for quality issues with both customers and suppliers. The role involves varied work where you have the opportunity to influence working methods, develop processes, and contribute to long-term improvement efforts.

Examples of responsibilities:

  • Handle and drive customer, supplier, and internal deviations
  • Follow up on quality outcomes and analyze measurement data
  • Conduct root cause analysis using the 8D method
  • Work with Core Tools and SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • Ensure customer requirements and quality standards are met
  • Perform internal audits
  • Act as a contact person for quality issues with customers and suppliers

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who have experience in quality work or related roles within the manufacturing industry and who thrive in a role that combines analysis, structure, and improvement work. You have natural drive and take responsibility for moving the work forward. Through a structured approach, you analyze problems, identify underlying causes, and translate your conclusions into concrete improvements. Experience with deviation management and root cause analysis is important for this role. Additionally, experience with quality methods such as 8D or similar approaches is desirable. A basic understanding of reading drawings and technical requirements is an advantage, as is experience from the automotive industry or other quality-driven industries. Since the role involves many contact surfaces, both internally and externally, you must have good knowledge of Swedish and English.
