Do you want to make a difference for people seeking their way into the labor market? At Re:Shift, we are now looking for an engaged Coach who is passionate about coaching, guiding, and matching job seekers with the right employers.
About the Role
In the role of Coach, you will meet with both participants and companies. Your task will be to build networks and create meetings that lead to employment or studies. You will work both individually and in groups through individual conversations, group activities, and company visits.
An important part of the assignment is to establish and maintain good relationships with employers. Therefore, we would appreciate it if you already have an existing network in the local labor market. The role also involves some administration related to the assignment.

Qualifications
To succeed in the role, you need:
- A strong commitment to people and their development

- An ease in building relationships and networks
- Good structure and ability to plan your work independently
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you master more languages.
Arbetsförmedling's Competency Requirements
The Swedish Public Employment Service (Arbetsförmedlingen) approves competence for coaches according to alternative 1 or 2, which must be met before the coach begins their employment as a coach in the "Rusta och Matcha 2" service.
Alternative 1
Education: University education of at least 180 higher education credits (120 credits according to the previous system). The supplier decides itself which area of study is most suitable to achieve the goal of the position.
Work Experience: At least two (2) years of work experience equivalent to full-time. Part-time work can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over two (2) years.
Alternative 2
Education: At least one (1) year of full-time studies at post-secondary level with at least a passing grade. Post-secondary education includes university education and various types of vocational training, such as qualified vocational training, university college education, military education, and police education.
Work Experience: At least three (3) years of work experience equivalent to full-time in one or more of the following professions or tasks:
- Work leadership with personnel responsibility
- Recruitment
- Transition work for job seekers
- Study and career guidance
- Processing of personnel matters (not just personnel administration)
- Work with working life and labor market issues
- Work with social and group psychology
- Career guidance
Part-time work can also be approved if the total working time corresponds to full-time over three (3) years.
