Do you want to take on a central role where finance meets operations and production? We are now looking for an experienced Factory Controller for a consulting assignment with an international industrial company. In this role, you will become a key part of the business, working closely with both production and management to provide financial control, analysis, and business support. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the development of the business by creating decision support materials, driving improvement initiatives, and participating in the development of modern working methods and digital solutions.

As a Factory Controller, you will serve as a strategic and operational support to the factory management and play a central role in the financial monitoring of the business. You will be responsible for monthly and annual closing, budgeting and forecasting, as well as monitoring productivity, personnel costs, indirect costs, and investments. The role also involves analyzing financial results, identifying areas for improvement, and transforming financial information into business-oriented decision support. You will work closely with production, procurement, supply chain, and engineering, and will be responsible for standard costing, monitoring production volumes, and cost-saving initiatives. Additionally, the role includes internal reporting, key performance indicator (KPI) development, and participation in team-based development projects within areas such as AI and digitalization.

• University degree in Economics or Finance.
• Several years of experience working as a Controller.
• Strong proficiency in Excel.
• Experience working with business systems.
• Excellent command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to work close to operations and translate financial information into business analyses.

• Experience from industrial or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with JDE (JD Edwards).
• Experience with SAP.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with standard costing.
• Experience working in an international matrix organization.

• Location: Jönköping.
• Scope: Full-time (40 hours per week).
• Remote work: Up to 25%.
• Assignment period: August 23, 2026 – August 23, 2027.
• Consulting assignment.
