The Healthcare and Social Care Administration is now taking a unified approach to meet tomorrow's competence challenges. We are moving the recruitment work closer to the operations and are looking for you who want to take a key role in this development work.

In the role, you coordinate the recruitment work with a special focus on summer staffing. You work both operationally and strategically and ensure a quality-assured, efficient, and legally secure recruitment process.

You are responsible for planning and structuring the work, supporting managers throughout the recruitment process, and contributing with both analysis and development. The role also includes following up on results, identifying areas for improvement, and preparing materials for management and politics.

You actively work on developing working methods, strengthening the employer brand, and creating a positive candidate experience. You also represent the operations in recruitment efforts, including at universities abroad, where you build relationships and contribute to long-term recruitment channels. The assignment also includes practical parts related to the reception of international students and employees, such as housing planning and support during establishment.

You work closely with a recruitment colleague with operational knowledge. Together, you complement each other and contribute to accurate and quality-assured recruitments.

Your tasks include among other things:

  • coordinate and develop recruitment work, with a focus on summer staffing
  • work competently based on selection, interviews, and assessment
  • support managers in recruitment and competence supply issues
  • follow up, analyze, and provide feedback on results
  • drive the development of working methods, processes, and employer brand

You will become part of the Quality and Development Unit where several specialist competencies collaborate to drive the administration's development forward. Here you work together with, among others, business developers, responsible nurse, and social coordinator.

You are experienced in working competency-based and feel confident in interview techniques and selection. You work structured and quality-assured in recruitment processes and have experience with digital recruitment systems. You also have a good understanding of labor law related to recruitment.

Qualifications

  • Post-secondary education at YH or university level.
  • Several years of experience in recruitment and staffing.
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, and preferably additional languages.
  • Category B driver's license and access to a car.
  • We place great emphasis on personal qualities.

Meritorious:

  • education in competency-based recruitment
  • experience of recruitment within healthcare and social care
  • experience of volume recruitment, e.g., summer staffing
  • experience of leading or coordinating work
  • understanding of competence supply issues in public operations

Employment type: Permanent position.
Duration: Permanent, start: As soon as possible, according to agreement. Selection and interviews may be held continuously.
Working hours: Daytime
