Do you want the opportunity to take responsibility in a broad and business-close role? We are now looking for a Factory Controller for an exciting assignment with our partner, a manufacturing industry in the Jönköping area.

About the Role

In the role of Factory Controller, you will become an important part of the business and work closely with production, purchasing, warehousing, and other internal functions. You will serve as a financial support to the factory, working on everything from closing accounts and analyses to follow-up, reporting, and system-related issues.

This role suits you if you have experience within controlling and want to work in a broad and business-close role where you have significant autonomy while having a team to bounce ideas off of.

Responsibilities

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • Work with monthly closing, reconciliations, as well as forecasting and budgeting
  • Follow up and analyze the factory's results, costs, and productivity
  • Prepare reports and analyses related to production, warehousing, and purchasing
  • Act as a financial support to the factory and answer questions from the business
  • Work with dashboards, follow-up, and development of key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Handle system-related tasks such as updates, troubleshooting, and corrections
  • Ensure correct data in financial and production systems and support various improvement projects

Who We Are Looking For

  • You have an academic education in economics
  • You have at least 3 years of experience within controlling
  • You have very good knowledge of Excel and good system proficiency
  • You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English
  • Experience from manufacturing industry or other production-related activities is considered an asset
  • Experience with SAP, JD Edwards, or Power BI is considered an asset

Job Details
