We are currently recruiting, on behalf of our client, a Customer Support Agent for their Service Desk in Jönköping.
Our client operates within the field of secure workplace identification, working towards fair competition and safe, socially sustainable workplaces. The Service Desk is a central part of the interaction with users.
About the role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will work together with a team handling incoming cases via phone and email. Contacts come from both Swedish and international users and often concern questions regarding identity documents, orders, and regulations.
Your responsibilities include:
- answering calls and emails from companies and cardholders
- reviewing photos, identity documents, and certificates
- processing cases according to established routines and rules
- working in multiple systems simultaneously to ensure cases are handled correctly from the start
The work varies between phone time and other tasks, but the inflow of calls is high and there is practically always a queue. However, the requirements for accuracy and correctness remain the same.
You will handle personal data and, in some cases, confidential information, making responsibility and quality central to the role. The team works together towards goals related to customer satisfaction and quality in case processing.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have worked with customer support, customer service, or similar roles and feel confident in customer dialogue, even when questions are recurring or when the customer is frustrated.
You:
- enjoy talking on the phone, even under high pressure
- express yourself clearly and pedagogically
- have a calm and professional demeanor while solving the customer's problems efficiently
- thrive working in a structured manner and following regulations
- take responsibility for cases being handled correctly
It is meritorious if you have some form of higher education or are currently studying at a university. As a person, you are curious, learn quickly, and seek out the information you need by reading routines/instructions and consulting colleagues.
Language is an important part of the role. You have good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. If you also master a third language, such as Polish, Ukrainian, or a related language, this is meritorious. The third language is primarily used in phone calls with users who have limited Swedish skills.
We also look for candidates who have experience working in some form of case management system and find it easy to adapt to new systems and ways of working.
