We are now looking for a driven B2B salesperson to join Holmgrens Bil in Vetlanda, where you will drive and develop our business-to-business operations with a focus on Ford transport vehicles. At the same time, you will offer the complete passenger car portfolio from Ford and Hyundai as a natural and valuable part of your customer service.
About you In this role, you will spend more time out with customers and prospects than inside the showroom! To succeed in this role, you therefore need to thrive in the field, building relationships and creating new business opportunities through events and networking meetings. You see your mobile phone, customer visits, and your personal network as your most important work tools.
You have experience in developing business by processing the market, identifying customer needs, and creating long-term relationships. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner and take responsibility for developing both new and existing customer relationships.
As a person, you are proactive, self-initiating, and have a strong business focus. You thrive with freedom under responsibility and are motivated by achieving results. At the same time, you are a team player who contributes to job satisfaction and good relationships with both customers and colleagues.
A Category B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement for the position.
About the job As a seller of Ford transport vehicles at Holmgrens Bil, you are responsible for developing and strengthening our business-to-business operations in the Vetlanda region. You help companies find the right transport solution based on their operations and needs. The offering covers the entire package – from the transport vehicle to financing, service agreements, and upfitting – which gives you the opportunity to create customized holistic solutions that provide real value to the customer.
There is a strong focus on creating new business through active customer processing, proactive sales, and long-term relationship building. We would appreciate it if you had an established network or a strong interest in building relationships with the local business community. It is natural for you to make the first contact, book meetings, and drive the business forward all the way from prospecting to closing and long-term collaboration.
All transport vehicles are built in collaboration with our partners, which means that upfitting and adaptations are a natural part of the business and create good opportunities for upselling.
