About the Role

This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at DSV. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

Responsibilities

As a support staff member, you work in a central support function, often referred to as the desk, where you support daily operations within the transport and logistics flow. The role involves relieving booking staff, traffic controllers, and freight forwarders by handling cases, customer inquiries, and administrative tasks related to transports.

The role suits you if you thrive in a service-oriented, structured, and event-driven environment where the pace is occasionally high. As a support staff member, you will among other things:

• Be the first point of contact for customers and internal functions via phone and email
• Handle and follow up on cases related to ongoing transports
• Answer questions about delivery status, bookings, and simpler discrepancies
• Support booking and traffic functions with administrative and operational support
• Coordinate information between customers, operational operations, and other internal teams
• Work in various business and transport systems

Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities

• Good computer and system proficiency
• Experience in service, e.g., from retail or customer service
• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Advantageous with experience in a similar role/interest within the logistics industry
