Starting immediately, we are looking for a driven gardener or garden-savvy retail salesperson.

You are motivated by customer interactions, enjoy working in sales, and have a strong passion for plants that you love to share. An extra interest in seasonal and outdoor plants is a plus. With personal responsibility and initiative, you will work across all departments and at the checkout, focusing on your commercial drive and helping to develop the entire store. As a retail salesperson, you will be the face of the brand, passionate about taking excellent care of Blomsterlandet's customers by providing them with expert advice and inspiration tailored to their needs.

• Diverse tasks including customer service, cash register duties, and unpacking merchandise
• Active participation in daily sales operations
• Close collaboration across different departments
• Goods receiving, product display, and stock picking

🌼 Your experience and skills

• Experience selling garden plants and indoor plants is a plus
• Gardening-related education is a plus
• You are organized and structured
• Knowledge of plant care combined with a strong willingness to learn. You should have solid product knowledge and be able to provide care advice.
• You collaborate easily and bring positive energy to your colleagues
• Experience from retail or the sales industry

🕒 Practical information

Employment type: 30 hours/week with varying schedules and every other weekend. For those who wish to work more, extra shifts and hours are often available.
