Your main responsibilities

• Coordinate deliveries with the order department, production, and planning.
• Create outgoing deliveries with all necessary documentation and export documents (invoices, certificates of origin, etc.).
• Organize and book transport with various carriers.
• Create deliveries in the SAP transport module.
• Create customer invoices as well as internal invoices.
• Check freight invoices against freight bills and record costs in SAP.
• Order registration.
• Answer phone calls.
• Customer support.
• Collaborate with the sales team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, order processing, and logistics.
• High school education.
• Good proficiency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of German is an advantage.
• Good computer skills and experience with business systems.
