Inside Sales Representative at Axelent Nordic

As the Nordic sales company within the Axelent Group and a wholly-owned subsidiary of Axelent AB, Axelent Nordic is responsible for sales and customer relations in the Nordic market. We are currently in an exciting expansion phase with great opportunities ahead. We are investing in the future and are therefore looking for an engaged and business-driven Inside Sales Representative who wants to become part of our successful team.

In this role, you will have a central function where you work with sales, customer support, and service regarding our solutions. Your most important task is to create the best conditions for customers to choose Axelent as their long-term partner. You achieve this by building trust, understanding customer needs, and delivering high service levels with a clear business focus.

Your responsibilities

As an Inside Sales Representative, you are responsible for providing our customers with professional and efficient service by:

  • Handling incoming inquiries via our digital channels
  • Answering questions from existing customers regarding our solutions
  • Creating quotations, drawing documentation, and orders
  • Following up on quotations and customer inquiries in meetings or calls with the customer
  • Providing our customers with a high level of service and building good customer relationships

The role involves close collaboration with your immediate team as well as other departments within the company to find the best solutions for the customer and contribute to increased sales.

Who are you?

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a person driven by customer contact, service, and business. You are solution-oriented, communicative, and have a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and creating value through technical solutions.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience from sales, customer service, or another role with significant customer contact
  • An interest in technology and the ability to understand customers' technical needs
  • Experience with CAD or other drawing programs is an advantage
  • Good administrative skills and experience working in business and CRM systems
  • Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written, is a requirement

About the position

  • Position: Inside Sales Representative
  • Scope: Full-time
  • Working hours: 08:00–17:00
  • Location: Hillerstorp, with the possibility of remote work according to policy
