Job Responsibilities

OEM Automatic is now looking for a Product Manager/Purchasing Agent for the Business Area Sensor & Machine Safety. This is a shared role between product management and purchasing, offering you a varied daily routine with many points of contact where you are responsible for both operational purchasing matters and selected product groups. You will become a valuable asset to the organization and will gradually build your product knowledge through training, close collaboration with colleagues, and contact with our manufacturers. We welcome both those at the beginning of their career and those with a few years of experience behind them. The most important thing for us is not that you know everything from the start, but that you are curious, structured, and want to develop together with us.

Your responsibilities include, among other things:

• Responsible for purchasing and delivery follow-up for selected suppliers
• Ensure correct prices, product data, and stock levels through ongoing administration and analysis
• Responsible for existing product groups and keeping the product portfolio updated
• Support the organization with structure and administration related to product and purchasing flows

You will be part of a team that together is responsible for different product groups. The group consists of people with long experience and broad competence who are happy to share their knowledge. We believe we succeed best when we collaborate, help each other, and have fun along the way.

Who are you?

We believe you are a person who thrives in a role where structure, planning, and attention to detail are important parts of everyday life. You like to create order, follow up on details, and ensure that things are done right from the start. We appreciate that you dare to ask questions when needed and value working in an environment where people help each other and share knowledge. Perhaps you currently work in purchasing, logistics, administration, customer support, or product-related processes. You do not need to be a specialist from the start, but you have an interest in how flows, deliveries, and product data connect, and are motivated by creating stability and quality in what you do.

We would like you to have:

• Experience in purchasing or understanding of how purchasing processes work is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• Good system proficiency and ease in learning new business systems.
• Good knowledge of Excel.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
