About you
You are a business-driven relationship builder who thrives in meetings with decision-makers and has the ability to build trust that leads to long-term business. Motivated by a strong personal drive, high professionalism, and a genuine customer focus, you are driven by identifying opportunities and creating results.
To succeed in this role, you enjoy building relationships and actively creating new business opportunities through events and networking meetings. You view your mobile phone, customer visits, and your personal network as your most important work tools. You work in a structured and goal-oriented manner, while remaining curious, unpretentious, and eager to develop.
We are looking for someone with documented experience in B2B sales and who is accustomed to prospecting independently, booking meetings, and driving deals from first contact to closing. Experience in the commercial vehicle sector is an advantage but not a requirement – we value above all your ability to create business and build long-term customer relationships.
A valid Category B driver's license (manual transmission) is a requirement for the position.
About the job
As a BMW Business Sales Representative at Holmgrens Bil, you will have the opportunity to represent one of the world's strongest premium brands. You will be responsible for developing and strengthening our position in the corporate market by creating new business opportunities and further developing relationships with both existing and potential corporate customers.
You drive the entire sales process – from prospecting and customer meetings to quotes, deals, and long-term follow-up. The role involves significant personal responsibility and a high degree of freedom, where you actively work the local and regional market to create growth.
In this role, you work closely with customers, colleagues, the general agent, and other partners to deliver modern mobility solutions that strengthen our customers' businesses. You will also be involved in customer activities, networking meetings, and events that contribute to developing the business and strengthening the BMW brand in the market. Sales to private customers are also included in the role.
