About the Role
Technical competence, understanding of the industry, and a drive to build relationships are the foundation for success in this role. Here you will have the opportunity to use your experience from production, maintenance, or other technical functions in a role that combines technical expertise with sales. You will help our customers find the right solutions while building long-term business relationships.
As a salesperson at Göhlins, you will be much more than a traditional salesperson. You will become a consultant and a natural collaboration partner for our customers – someone who understands their production and helps them find the best solutions. By immersing yourself in their processes, challenges, and needs, you contribute to developing their business with the right solutions, not just the right products. You will work with both existing customers and actively develop new business relationships within the manufacturing industry. You will drive your business from first contact through delivery and follow-up, while having an experienced sales team of nine colleagues, our product specialists, and suppliers close at hand.

Your Profile
Perhaps you have a background in sales and a strong interest in technology and industry. Or maybe you come from production, maintenance, or another technical function and feel it is time to use your technical competence in a more customer-facing role. Regardless of your path, you have a genuine interest in technology, are driven by helping customers, and are motivated by finding the best solutions based on their needs. As a person, you are curious, solution-oriented, and highly self-motivated. You thrive on taking initiative, working independently, and building long-term relationships. At the same time, you have the ability to listen to customer needs, build trust, and translate technical competence into business solutions.
