The Role of Corporate Sales Representative
As a Corporate Sales Representative, you are responsible for actively increasing ridership through proactive sales and relationship-building work targeting companies, organizations, event organizers, and other partners. You identify new market opportunities, develop offers that contribute to increased travel and revenue. You also sell advertising space inside and on the buses, as well as on other commercial surfaces.
You collaborate closely with communicators on campaigns and offers, write quotes, drive customer dialogues, and follow up on results. The role also involves representing JLT in external networks, analyzing and following up on implemented activities, and contributing ideas for new commercial opportunities.
The position is a permanent full-time employment with start date according to agreement.

Organizationally, the position is located within JLT's Marketing and Communication Department. You will become part of an engaged team with broad competence in communication, marketing, digital channels, customer insights, sales, and learning. Here, we work closely together, share knowledge, and develop our working methods jointly. We are driven by curiosity, collaboration, and the desire to make a difference – both for our customers and for the development of the county.
Your Profile
To be considered for the position, you have a relevant post-secondary education in sales, marketing, communication, business development, or other education/experience that the employer deems equivalent. You have several years of experience in B2B sales, relationship-building, independently driving sales processes from first contact to completed deal, and documented ability to work towards sales and revenue targets. Experience in advertising sales, events, or public sector work is meritorious.
You master Swedish in speech and writing, are accustomed to working in digital tools such as CRM systems and Office 365, and have a good understanding of how sales, marketing, and communication interact.
To thrive in this role, you are independent, proactive, and flexible. You are performance-oriented, communicative, and have a very good ability to build relationships. You work in a structured manner and are creative in translating customer needs into concrete offers. You have a holistic view of how your work contributes to increased travel and are accustomed to handling multiple parallel processes. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
