WFI (Workplaces for Industries) in Gnosjö develops smart and customer-adapted workplace solutions for industry, logistics, and warehousing. Our customers are located in Sweden and on export markets across Europe, and we are now looking for an outside sales representative who wants to help develop our business further.

This is a role for you who enjoys meeting customers, building trust, and driving business forward. You are curious, self-motivated, and thrive in a daily routine where no week is the same as the last.

You will work with both existing customers and new customer acquisition. You will spend a significant amount of time visiting customers both in Sweden and throughout Europe. There, you will build relationships, identify new opportunities, and drive business growth.

The role involves among other things:

  • Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Drive sales in the Swedish market and our export markets.
  • Conduct customer visits, meetings, and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with inside sales, design, marketing, and project organization.
  • Follow up on quotes, projects, and deals.
  • Identify new business opportunities with both new and existing customers.

We believe that you:

  • Have experience in sales, preferably B2B.
  • Have experience from the industry or industry-related operations, or alternatively, an interest in technical solutions.
  • Are self-motivated and results-oriented.
  • Enjoy a high pace and many contact points.
  • Are structured and have good planning skills.
  • Like building long-term relationships.
  • Communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
