Mared EntryTech specializes in door automation (swing and sliding doors), special door systems, and traffic control solutions such as road barriers, bollards, and gate openers. We are now looking for an engaged support and product specialist who wants to combine office-based technical support with training and meeting our customers in the field. About the role

As a support technician, you will be based at our office in Huskvarna. You will play a key role in the company and become our future product expert, supporting our internal sales team, distributors, and installers across Sweden.

The majority of your time will involve office-based support work via phone and email, but you will also travel to visit customers, understand their needs, and conduct product training. These trainings and product demonstrations take place both at customer sites and in our showroom in Huskvarna.

Your daily tasks vary in scope – from quick installation and service questions to complex construction projects, for example in hospitals. For larger installations involving multiple partners, we work without hierarchy; we leverage the combined knowledge and experience within the group, its technical teams, and our suppliers.

The role involves travel to meet our customers, resulting in approximately 1–2 overnight stays per month.

To help you settle into the role effectively, you will receive a thorough introduction, including training with our suppliers and shadowing an experienced colleague in the field.

Who are you?

You are motivated by finding technical solutions and have a knack for absorbing new information about technical products. Since you will have significant customer contact, you are social, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy meeting new people. As a person, you are calm, stable, and maintain control even in stressful or high-pressure situations.

Your qualifications:

• Some years of experience in installation within door automation, locks, or alarms.
• Good knowledge of low-voltage systems, electrical wiring, and mechanical assembly.
• A systematic, meticulous, and solution-oriented approach to work.
• Good communication skills in both Swedish and English (spoken and written). Our suppliers are located in Southern Europe, and the plan is for you to eventually become our primary technical contact with them.
• Valid driver’s license (Category B) and good computer skills.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Electrical authorization (Level B) or higher.
• Experience working with products within traffic control.
