Jönköping Stadsnät is the part of Jönköping Energi that provides the municipality with robust and secure digital infrastructure through its fiber network, connecting 40,000 connection points. We keep the city and its functions online. The journey began in 1998 when the university received fiber, followed by a long period of expansion and growth. Today, we are a significant player in the municipal fiber network sector in Sweden and a leader in our region. This year, we were awarded the title of "Municipal Network of the Year" in Sweden, recognized for being at the forefront of our industry. We now face new exciting challenges and opportunities in business and offer development. Therefore, we are looking for an engaged Customer Manager who wants to contribute to our continued growth and development!
As a Customer Manager, you will be responsible for creating long-term and profitable relationships with our customers within real estate companies, IT firms, larger local businesses, and housing cooperatives.
Your work will focus on understanding and analyzing customer needs to create customer plans and strategies that meet these needs through flexible solutions. You will work closely with a small marketing unit and have daily proximity to the entire chain, from offer development to delivery. Your role as a Customer Manager covers the entire sales process, from relationship-building customer meetings, needs analysis, sales, negotiation, and contract signing to regular follow-ups. We work together towards set goals for the entire Jönköping Stadsnät operation, where everyone contributes with their unique competencies.
You need to have a passion for customer interaction, analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate to thrive in this role. Knowledge of municipal networks and fiber is meritorious but not a requirement; we are happy to help you understand the industry and its exciting future.
Main Responsibilities
In the role of Customer Manager, you will focus on establishing and developing deep and profitable relationships with our customers. By carefully identifying and understanding customer needs, you will adapt and sell attractive solutions that meet customer requirements. Your work includes developing strategies for business and offer development based on market and customer insights. You are also responsible for negotiating and signing contracts that are beneficial for both the company and the customers. Regular follow-up of sales results and customer relationships is an important part of the position to ensure we meet our strategic goals and maintain a strong market position. By acting as the primary contact point for our key customers, you play a central role in maintaining and strengthening the company's reputation and customer satisfaction. Some customer meetings may take place in the evenings.
