Do you want to take a key role in developing customer relationships, driving growth, and creating long-term value in a technologically strong industrial operation? We are now looking for a business-driven and relationship-building Business Manager who wants to help develop the business, customers, and future solutions within AnVa HordaGruppen.

About the role As a Business Manager, you will have a central role in developing new and existing customers, markets, and businesses within the business area. You drive the business from first contact and inquiry to quote, negotiation, and closing, with a clear focus on growth, profitability, and long-term customer relationships. This is a role for you who are motivated by creating results, building trust, and making a real difference in the business.

In this role, you are responsible for sales within an agreed customer or product group and have overall responsibility for the relationship with AnVa HordaGruppen's customers. Through an active and proactive approach, you identify new business opportunities, develop the market, and build on strong, long-term collaborations that create value for both the customer and the business.

You work closely with customers through visits, quote preparation, follow-up, pricing, and negotiation, while also conducting market and competitor analyses to strengthen the business over time. The role also involves participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, and other marketing activities, as well as collaborating closely with other Business Managers within AnVa Polymer Solution to create a profitable, sustainable, and long-term successful business from a holistic perspective.

Your profile We are looking for you who combine strong business understanding with a natural drive to create new opportunities and develop long-term customer relationships. You have experience in sales, business development, and market processing in an industrial environment and thrive in a role where you get to work closely with both customers, technology, and business. To succeed in the role, we see that you have a good technical understanding and feel confident in dialogues regarding products, materials, manufacturing processes, and customer-specific requirements.

With a good understanding of business strategy, industrial marketing, and profitability, you know how to drive businesses forward with both growth and margin in focus, without losing sight of the whole picture between technical feasibility and commercial potential. You likely have an academic education, preferably with a technical focus, and have supplemented this with sales training or equivalent experience. If you have experience as a project manager, it is a strong springboard into this position. To succeed in the role, it is a prerequisite that you handle both Swedish and English fluently.

You have experience in marketing, contract matters, negotiations, and business closures, as well as a good understanding of product and production economics. As a person, you are structured, self-initiating, and confident in taking personal responsibility, while also having social skills that allow you to build trust and strong relationships both internally and externally. You have professional business acumen, are used to working purposefully, and thrive in contexts where collaboration, initiative, and results go hand in hand.
