OffertHem is an independent comparison service for real estate agents. We simplify the process for home sellers by allowing them to compare agents' services, performance, and statistics for free.

For you as a meeting scheduler, this means working with a service that creates clear value and is easy for the customer to say yes to.

About the role

We are expanding rapidly and are now looking for driven appointment setters for remote work. The role involves contacting private individuals, presenting OffertHem's added value, and booking high-quality meetings for our agent clients.

Scope: Full-time, with varying working hours (flexibility at your own discretion).

Location: 100% remote work.

Support: We offer a thorough introduction and access to proven scripts. Support and coaching are available from the team throughout your workday to ensure your success.

What you will do:

Making outbound calls: Contact private individuals (homeowners) via phone at a high and steady pace. These are individuals who have not been in contact with us previously.

Presenting added value: Conduct a quick needs analysis and explain how OffertHem's free comparison service helps them achieve a better real estate transaction.

Appointment setting: Convert interest into booked, quality-assured meetings for your connected agent clients.

Goal achievement: Work independently towards daily and weekly goals, with support and coaching from the team behind you.

Requirements – We are looking for you who:

To be considered for the role, a high degree of self-discipline and strong internal drive are required. We seek individuals who see opportunities in a performance-based job.

Language requirements: You possess very good skills in Swedish, both spoken and written. Since all customer contact is conducted in Swedish, this is an absolute requirement to ensure quality and professionalism.

Technical equipment: You have access to your own well-functioning computer and a good headset. A stable internet connection is a prerequisite.

Personality: You are resilient, have a positive attitude, and are not afraid to make many customer contacts per day.

Compensation and benefits

The position is 100% commission-based, meaning no base salary is provided. You can choose whether you want to be employed by us or invoice through your own company.

Commission: Compensation is paid per booked meeting (with no income cap).

Bonus system: We offer generous bonuses in addition to the standard commission. Bonuses are activated when you reach a specific volume of approved and quality-assured meetings.

Employee or subcontractor: You can choose yourself whether you want to be employed by us or invoice through your own company.
