To our client, centrally located in Jönköping, we are looking for an engaged and customer-focused employee. Here you will work together with a team on issues directly from customers. Your main focus will be on customer invoices. Doesn't that sound exciting?

About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming calls and emails from customers across Sweden. Your main tasks will include answering invoice inquiries, assisting customers with any errors on invoices, and ensuring that payments have been processed correctly. You will work in several different systems throughout the day to efficiently handle customer cases. This is initially a 1-year consultancy assignment, with the possibility of extension or permanent hire by our client.

We are looking for you who:

We see that you have previous experience in customer contact in some form and can communicate effectively with different types of people. You also have a strong service mentality and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism. Furthermore, you possess the ability to handle conflicts and complaints with confidence and in a constructive manner. We believe in turning negative situations into positive customer experiences. Basic computer skills are required, as well as the ability to quickly adapt to different systems and programs. Technology is an important part of our work environment, and you will need to use various tools and programs in your work. Last but not least, you are proficient in both Swedish and English. Being able to communicate effectively in both languages is crucial to providing our customers with high-quality service.
