This is a full-time consultancy assignment lasting six months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client. There are good opportunities for extending the assignment.

In the role of Booking Administrator, you will primarily work with booking management, where much of the communication takes place via email and various systems. The tasks are often event-driven and may sometimes require supplementary measures. You are responsible for handling incoming bookings via email and phone, as well as sending confirmations and relevant information to carriers. The work mainly involves booking domestic and international transports as well as piece goods. In the role, you have many contact points, both internally and externally, and communication occurs mainly via email and phone. You ensure quality at all levels and also participate in improvement work, where your own ideas for developing tasks and working methods are encouraged.
