Steelo is looking for a Business-Driven Field Sales Representative focused on growth and customer development

Steelo is now seeking a business-driven field sales representative who wants to be part of our continued growth journey. Here, you will have the opportunity to develop our most important customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and contribute to taking the business to the next level.
Your Role:
As a field sales representative at Steelo, you will become a key figure in our continued development. The role is about being close to the market, close to the customers, and close to the business.
The focus is on developing our existing customers and creating increased order volume through more projects, larger deals, more contact points, and broader collaboration across our customers' operations. Together with the Vice CEO, who drives new sales and strategic business, you will form a strong team that creates the conditions for continued growth.
This is a role for you if you thrive in the field. The majority of your time will be spent with customers rather than in the office. Through high activity, presence, and understanding of our customers' operations, you will build long-term relationships and create new opportunities.
For us, it is more important to find the right person and the right drive than to lock ourselves into a specific profile. Therefore, the role can be shaped based on your experience, competence, and personality.
You will:
Be responsible for developing and deepening relationships with Steelo's existing customers and creating increased business volumes over time. Through regular customer visits, you will build strong relationships and gain an understanding of our customers' operations, needs, and future plans.
You will identify new projects, new contacts, and new use cases for our products and solutions. Through active and structured sales work, you will drive more business opportunities, develop existing collaborations, and contribute to increased sales.
The role involves working closely with customers throughout the entire business process, from needs analysis and quotation work to follow-up and long-term business development.
You will also serve as an important link between the market and the operations, capturing customer needs and contributing valuable insights regarding the market, product range, and future development opportunities.
You are:
A business-driven person who thrives on-site with clients and is motivated by creating results through relationships, activity, and presence in the market.
Experience from sales in industry, manufacturing, retail fit-out, furniture, or related industries is advantageous, but most importantly, you must have the ability to understand the customer's business and develop it over time.
You have strong self-drive and like to take initiative. At the same time, you are receptive, trustworthy, and have an easy time building long-term relationships. You are equally comfortable talking to purchasers as you are to production staff, project managers, or executive management.
Technical understanding is an advantage, but we are primarily looking for a person who can create business by being close to the customer, understanding their needs, and turning them into concrete opportunities.
