Do you want to work in sales where what you sell actually changes people's lives? We are now looking for an engaged full-time B2B sales representative who wants to help spread Andreas Forsén Jonsson's lectures, training programs, and events to companies, organizations, and the public sector across Sweden.

This is not a typical sales role. With us, you will represent lectures that create engagement, strengthen workplaces, and give people new perspectives on life, work joy, mental health, inclusion, and responsibility.

We are looking for someone who wants to create business deals that mean something.

About the role

As a B2B sales representative at Breakthrough Group AB, you are responsible for creating new business opportunities and building long-term relationships with customers nationwide.

You will primarily work with B2B sales via phone, email, and digital meetings. You will follow the sales process all the way from the first contact to the completed booking, becoming an important part of a small team with high ambitions and great engagement.

The position is full-time with start date according to agreement.

Your responsibilities

• Prospecting and new customer acquisition
• Sales via phone, email, and digital meetings
• Writing quotes and follow-ups
• Building and developing long-term customer relationships
• Working in CRM systems and ongoing administration
• Participation in selected events and customer activities

We are looking for you who

You have experience in sales, preferably B2B, and are driven by creating results through good relationships.

You are self-motivated, proactive, and enjoy connecting with new people. You feel confident on the phone, work in a structured manner, and communicate well both verbally and in writing.

We also believe that you appreciate representing something that actually makes a difference. For you, sales is not just about numbers, but also about helping customers find the right solution.
