Do you want to develop in a technical sales role where customer contact, problem-solving, and business are in focus? At DENIOS, you will work closely with customers in the Norwegian market and help them find the right solutions and products for safe chemical handling.

About the role

As a technical inside sales representative, you will be a key contact for DENIOS customers in Norway. You will work with customer dialogues, technical advice, quote preparation, follow-up, and order administration. Customers may need support with everything from selecting the right product to questions regarding storage, handling, and decontamination of chemicals.

This role suits you if you enjoy ongoing customer contact, providing good service, and working systematically with follow-up and administration. You will have daily contact with both existing and potential customers via phone and email, working closely with colleagues in sales and product teams to find the right solution for the customer. The position is based at DENIOS office in Huskvarna, with the possibility of working from home a few days a week. You will report to the Sales Manager for DENIOS Norway, who is partially based in Huskvarna.

Your profile

We are looking for you who have a few years of experience in a similar role as inside sales or where you have worked closely with customers and technical products. You do not need to know everything from the start, but you need to have a technical interest, be curious, and want to learn more about products, solutions, and customer needs.

You thrive in a role where you take responsibility, keep the pace, and create structure in your customer dialogues. As a person, you are outgoing, communicative, and business-minded. You like building relationships, following up on business opportunities, and giving customers an experience that feels both professional and personal.

Since you work towards the Norwegian market, you need to understand Norwegian in speech and writing. You also need to be able to communicate in English, as DENIOS is an international group. You are experienced in working with CRM and business systems and enjoy keeping order in customer dialogues, follow-ups, and business opportunities. Experience from manufacturing companies, OEM, industry, or technical trade is advantageous.
