Do you want to work in a service-oriented role where service, technology, and structure meet? As a Service Agent at Bravida, you will hold a central position, keeping the flow between customer and technician intact.

About the Role

In the role of Service Agent at Bravida, you have a central position where you support customers daily via phone, email, and other communication channels. You are responsible for providing a professional and service-oriented approach in every interaction, whether it concerns an incoming question, a fault report, or an ongoing case. The role involves receiving and handling incoming cases, ensuring they are registered correctly in internal systems, and following up according to established routines. You work continuously with administrative tasks related to case management and act as a vital link between Bravida, colleagues, and customers. Through daily contact with various functions, you contribute to creating structure, clarity, and good service throughout the entire process.

Your Profile

To succeed in the role of Service Agent, we believe you have good computer skills and a knack for customer service. You have a good understanding of the Office package and are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written. As a person, you are service-oriented, meticulous in your work, and thrive when juggling multiple tasks. You are unpretentious and driven in your work and development. Previous work experience in customer service is considered an asset.

Requirements for the position:

  • Good computer skills
  • Fluency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • For this position, you must undergo and pass the security clearance checks according to current regulations
