About the Role As a Technical Inside Sales Representative within the Wood business area, you are a key resource and support for external sales teams, optimization technicians, and customers. You handle inquiries and requests from the rest of the organization and our customers, meaning you will be involved in large parts of our operations.

You will join an open and positive team of competent colleagues and report to the Sales Manager Wood.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create orders and/or quotes based on input from customers or internal colleagues.
• Define tooling solutions based on requirements and preferences.
• Register complaints and follow up on them.
• Monitor deliveries.
• Maintain long-term customer relationships.
• Customer responsibility for defined accounts.
• Manage our product portfolio and provide suggestions for various processing issues.

Your Profile We are looking for you with a technical background and a few years of experience in similar roles within the wood industry. Since the position involves international contacts, you are expected to be fluent in both Swedish and English. Experience with dialogue within a Danish organization is a plus.

IT-wise, you need to have good proficiency in Microsoft Office and business systems.

As a person, you are quality-conscious, results-oriented, and have strong planning skills. You thrive when taking responsibility, collaborate easily, and have a knack for building relationships.
