We are an authorized dealer for Audi, Volkswagen, Skoda Passenger Cars, Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles, and Scania Trucks. In addition to sales, Svenstigs operates a complete service market for all brands we represent, as well as Seat passenger cars and Scania buses. The operations are divided into two companies, Svenstigs Bil AB and Svenstigs Lastbilar AB. Svenstigs Bil is represented in Värnamo, Halmstad, and Gislaved with approximately 120 employees. Svenstigs Lastbilar operates facilities in Värnamo and Smålandsstenar; in Värnamo, there is truck sales and service as well as a specialized bus workshop. In Smålandsstenar, a service workshop for Scania is operated. Svenstigs Lastbilar has approximately 40 employees. YOUR ROLE:
As a Service Advisor at Svenstigs, you will have a central role in the customer's service experience. You are responsible for guiding the customer through the entire process, from booking and check-in to advice, follow-up, and delivery. The role involves ensuring that every customer meeting is characterized by professionalism, clarity, and high service standards.
You will become a key link between the customer, technicians, spare parts, warranties, and sales. By creating structure, conveying the right information, and coordinating the flow, you contribute to an efficient workshop and a secure customer journey.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for the customer's contact with the workshop throughout the entire service process. This means receiving bookings, conducting check-ins, providing advice, following up on work, and ensuring professional delivery to the customer.
In the role, you work closely with the workshop's technicians and other functions to create a smooth and efficient flow. You ensure that the right information is in the right place, that internal procedures are followed, and that the customer receives clear feedback throughout the process.
The work is both service-oriented and administrative, where digital tools, structure, and precision are important parts of everyday life. At the same time, the role requires a business perspective, where you see opportunities to give the customer the right advice and create a long-term relationship.
ABOUT YOU:
A person who thrives in a role with a lot of customer contact and who has a natural ability to build trust. You are social, engaged, and professional in your approach, regardless of whether the dialogue takes place physically, via phone, or via email.
Structure, order, and responsibility are natural parts of your way of working. You have good administrative skills, are confident in digital tools, and have an easy time keeping several parts together at the same time without losing focus on the customer.
Experience from the automotive industry is meritorious, as is experience with or interest in cars and practical service work. At the same time, your personal qualities weigh heavily. Your drive, your service sense, and your willingness to contribute to top-class customer experiences are at least as important as previous experience.
