Are you interested in working with in-house production and strengthening a well-known brand? Then you could be our new Content Specialist, eager to develop EAB's communication and content for an international market.

About the role

As a Content Specialist, you play a central role in developing and producing content that strengthens EAB's brand, builds trust, and supports our customers throughout their entire customer journey.

You will work closely with our business areas, sales organization, HR, and marketing team to translate business goals, technical expertise, and customer needs into content that engages, educates, and creates value.

The role is both strategic and operational. You are responsible for planning, coordinating, and producing content in various formats, ensuring that communication is relevant, consistent, and adapted to different target groups and markets.

Your main responsibilities

• Develop and produce content that strengthens EAB's brand, supports the business, and meets customer needs throughout the customer journey.
• Be responsible for graphic design and visual communication, as well as producing marketing and sales materials in line with EAB's visual identity.
• Develop stories and content that anchor EAB's brand promise "It lasts.®"
• Create communication that highlights our culture, our employees, and our employer offering.
• Plan, coordinate, and follow up on activities in close collaboration with business, sales, and marketing teams.
• Ensure guidelines for social media, channel selection, and tone of voice.
• Coordinate content globally and adapt it to local business needs in our subsidiaries.
• Own and develop EAB's content roadmap in line with the business plan and prioritized market initiatives.
• Coordinate content work together with business areas, subsidiaries, and other stakeholders to ensure the right prioritization, messaging, and timing.

You work in a structured and long-term manner but also thrive in execution, easily switching between strategy, planning, and production. You value collaboration with different parts of the organization and have a natural ability to build trust.

To succeed in this role, we believe you have

• Several years of experience in content production, communication, and graphic design in a B2B business context.
• A good eye for graphic design, layout, and visual communication.
• Strong writing skills with a good sense of tone, target audience, and storytelling.
• Experience producing content for both digital and print channels.
• An ability to quickly grasp technical solutions and translate complex information into clear, inspiring, and business-driving communication.
• Good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, WordPress, social media, and relevant digital tools for content production and publishing.
• A structured, non-hierarchical work style with a strong ability to drive work forward.
• Fluent communication skills in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
