About Ed-Wa Plast
Ed-Wa Plast is a privately owned company with extensive experience in injection molding and plastic production. Through high competence and close collaboration with our customers, we develop and manufacture plastic components that meet high demands for quality, function, and delivery security. About the role
As Sales Manager, you will have overall responsibility for Ed-Wa Plast's sales and become the face of the company. You will be responsible for developing existing customer relationships while identifying new business opportunities and driving the company's sales forward.
You will work closely with both customers and the internal organization, becoming a vital link between the market, production, and product development. The role also includes responsibility for pricing and price lists, as well as participation in assortment development and the launch of new products.
Sales are primarily directed at the Swedish market, but also towards customers in the rest of the Nordic region and certain international markets. Travel occurs approximately two days per week.

We would like you to have:
- Experience in sales, preferably within industry or technical products.
- Ability to build and develop long-term customer relationships.
- Good system and IT skills.
- A technical interest and willingness to understand customers' products and needs.
- A valid driver's license (Category B).
To succeed, we are looking for you who want to help develop the business, create new opportunities, and build long-term customer relationships. If you have experience from the electrical installation industry, the construction industry, or have worked in the business system Monitor, we consider this a merit.
