Do you want to work as the face of our customer service and help develop how we meet both current and future tenants?

We are now looking for two customer service representatives to join our team. The role involves a varied daily routine with daily customer contact. One of the positions also includes a specific focus on communication, digital content, and activities that make us accessible and attractive.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you will work in our reception and customer service area, meeting tenants through visits, phone, and digital channels.

For one of the positions, there is also an extended assignment within communication, where you work with digital content and activities that strengthen our service and our relationship with both current and prospective tenants.

You belong to the Customer and Business Support department and work closely with your colleague in customer service as well as in collaboration with other functions in the business. The shared responsibility is to provide professional service and create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and manage the reception and telephone exchange
  • Receive and close fault reports
  • Handle keys/tags and key administration
  • Mail handling and administrative tasks
  • Responsible for dispatch and information to tenants
  • Assist in customer surveys (NKI)

For the position with a communication focus, the following is also included:

  • Update and publish content on the website and social media
  • Work with communication and content in our channels
  • Plan and execute activities and events

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Upper secondary education, preferably with a focus on administration or service
  • Valid driver's license (Category B)
  • Experience in a service role
  • Good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing
  • Good knowledge of English
  • Good computer skills (Office package or equivalent)

Merits:

  • Experience from the real estate industry
  • Experience with the business system Momentum
  • Experience with web publishing (CMS), preferably SiteVision, and updating websites
  • Interest in and experience managing social media
  • Ability and interest in writing texts for information and marketing

Both positions are permanent full-time positions located in Gislaved. Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.
