Do you want to contribute with qualified HR support in a business where you get to work broadly with recruitment, labor law, workforce planning, and strategic HR issues? We are now looking for an experienced HR Specialist for a consulting assignment starting in August.

About the Assignment

In this role, you will coordinate and develop work within administration and HR. You will provide qualified support throughout the entire recruitment process, from requirement profiles and advertising to selection, interviews, and closing. You will also work with:

• Development and analysis of salary ranges for different professional groups
• Support in complex issues related to compensation
• Labor law issues, including redundancy and restructuring
• Interpretation and application of collective agreements
• Strategic workforce planning
• Development, analysis, and presentation of HR statistics
• Processes regarding hiring and termination of employment
• Qualified HR support to managers and operations

Education

• Academic education in HR/Human Resources or other education considered equivalent.

Experience

• Experience in broad HR work.
• Experience in independently driving and supporting entire recruitment processes.
• Experience in compensation and developing salary ranges.
• Experience handling labor law issues, including redundancy and restructuring.

Knowledge

• Good knowledge of labor law and collective agreements.
• Knowledge of workforce planning and strategic HR work.
• Ability to produce, analyze, and present HR statistics.
• Good understanding of processes regarding hiring and termination of employment.

Personal Qualities

• Ability to provide qualified support to managers in complex HR issues.
• Structured and analytical.
• Good communication skills in speech and writing.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate several processes in parallel.

Scope
