Hotel Slottsvillan is looking for a highly skilled remote administrator!

We need assistance with all inquiries coming in via email and phone. This includes restaurant bookings, overnight stays, events, weddings, and much more.

You are someone who loves planning, organizing, and solving problems, and who has a passion for administration. You take ownership of your work, operate efficiently and methodically, and have a strong belief that everything can be solved.

We are looking for someone who thrives with many balls in the air – perhaps 100, or even 1,000. You should be able to plan for chaos and, above all, resolve it when it arises.

We are looking for someone who wants to work remotely. You enjoy working independently and have a clear goal: getting things done. This role is best suited for someone with a few years of work experience, but not for someone who is far along in their career.

It is crucial that you love computers. If you do not already use keyboard shortcuts and smart tricks to work efficiently, this is not the right role for you. "Alt+Tab" should already be your best friend. We are looking for someone who is already proficient with computers, as we do not offer basic training in this area. If you prefer to ask questions before Googling or using AI tools like ChatGPT, this is not the right workplace for you. We will, of course, train you in your specific tasks and show you our working methods, but we expect you to already master tools like Excel, Word, and Google Suite.

Do you like lists, structure, and keeping track of what needs to be done, what has been done, and what is coming up? Then you are the right person! It is also important that you, just like us, want to be excellent at what you do and deliver top results.

The position is hourly-based depending on needs, but we offer at least 50% (20 hours per week). For the right person, there is an opportunity for 100%.
