You will step into a central role in a global manufacturing operation where financial control, productivity, and investment decisions have a direct impact on the factory's results. As a Factory Controller, you work closely with the factory management and become a key support in translating financial information into clear priorities and well-founded decisions.

Here you will work at the intersection of finance and operations, with close collaboration within production, purchasing, supply, and technology. You will become part of an experienced controlling team supporting several factories in both Swedish and international environments. This is a role for you who want to combine business-oriented controlling with insight into how products are made, while contributing to digital development within controlling.

• You manage monthly and annual closing, as well as work with forecasts and budgets for your factory.
• You monitor productivity, direct labor, indirect costs, and investments, turning numbers into clear insights.
• You provide business support to factory management and contribute with analyses that help the business make better decisions and drive improvements.
• You work with standard costing, monitoring production volumes, and cost-saving programs in close collaboration with production technology.
• You are responsible for internal reporting to the division and the group, and help develop relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
• You contribute to joint initiatives within the controlling team, including those related to AI and digitalization.

• You have an academic degree in economics or finance.
• You have several years of experience as a controller.
• You are confident in Excel and accustomed to working in business systems.
• You thrive at the intersection of finance and operations and enjoy understanding how manufacturing works in practice.
• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English.

• Experience as a controller in industry or production.
• Experience with JDE and SAP.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Experience with standard costing.
• Experience working in an international matrix organization.
