Do you want to help secure the right competence in healthcare and social care? The Healthcare and Social Care Administration is now taking a unified approach to meet future competence challenges. We are moving recruitment closer to the operations and are looking for you who want to contribute to this development work.

With us, you will have a role where your operational understanding makes a difference – both in daily work and in the long term.

In this role, you plan, drive, and execute recruitment processes with a special focus on summer staffing. You work closely with operations in a consultative role, supporting managers in identifying needs, formulating requirement profiles, and making well-founded recruitment decisions.

You contribute to developing methods and processes and ensure that recruitment is conducted in a structured, efficient, and legally secure manner. At the same time, you actively work to create a positive candidate experience and strengthen the employer brand.

You also represent the administration in recruitment efforts, including at universities abroad, where you build relationships and contribute to long-term recruitment channels. The role also includes practical aspects related to the reception of international students and employees, such as housing planning and support during establishment.

You work closely with a colleague with advanced recruitment competence. Together, you complement each other and contribute to accurate and quality-assured recruitments.

Your tasks include, among other things:

  • planning and conducting recruitment processes, with a focus on summer staffing
  • working competency-based with requirement profiles, selection, interviews, and assessment
  • supporting managers in recruitment and competence supply issues
  • following up, analyzing, and providing feedback on results
  • contributing to the development of methods and strengthening the employer brand
  • when necessary, for shorter periods, stepping into management roles within healthcare and social care based on operational needs

You will become part of the Quality and Development Unit, where several specialist competencies collaborate to drive the administration's development forward. Here, you work together with, among others, business developers, the medically responsible nurse, and the socially responsible coordinator, with a common focus on creating the best possible everyday life for our residents.

With us, you will meet a work environment characterized by engagement, collaboration, and development. You will have a meaningful role where your experience becomes a valuable asset.

We are looking for you who

have a good understanding of the mission and needs of healthcare and social care operations and thrive in a role where you work close to the operations. You are structured and have the ability to plan and drive your work forward with quality and precision.

You are communicative and clear in dialogue with managers and colleagues and have an easy time building trust. You have good judgment in assessing competence and contribute to accurate recruitments.

You have experience working with or close to recruitment and have good administrative skills. You are flexible and can adapt to the needs of the operations. You thrive in a role where you contribute operationally and help develop methods.

We want you, as an employee, to feel good, both on and off the job. Therefore, you have access to, among other things, a wellness allowance, free swimming, and discounts on massage. Read more about our benefits: https://vetlanda.se/formaner (https://vetlanda.se/formaner)
