Do you want to work close to production and contribute with financial analyses that make a real difference? We are now looking for an engaged Factory Controller who wants to combine business understanding with operational controlling in an international industrial environment.

As a Factory Controller, you will become an important partner to the factory management and work closely with production, purchasing, supply chain, and engineering. You are responsible for financial follow-up, analyses, and decision support that contribute to the development and profitability of the business.

• Responsible for monthly and annual closing as well as budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitor productivity, direct labor, indirect costs, and investments.
• Prepare analyses and business support for factory management.
• Work with standard costing and monitor production volumes.
• Participate in internal reporting and development of key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Contribute to improvement initiatives within digitalization, AI, and financial management.

• Have an academic degree in economics/business administration.
• Have a few years of experience as a Controller.
• Thrives in an operational role and has an interest in production and manufacturing.
• Has very good skills in Excel and experience with ERP/business systems.
• Communicates fluently in Swedish and English.

• Experience from industrial or manufacturing operations.
• Experience with SAP, JDE, or other business systems.
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Experience with standard costing.
• Experience from international matrix organizations.

• An independent and developmental controller role.
• Close collaboration with both operations and the finance function.
