Your new role

We are now looking for an experienced and business-oriented Factory Controller for an international and market-leading industrial company. Here you are offered a broad role with significant personal responsibility, close to operations, and good opportunities for development.

As a Factory Controller, you will become the factory manager's closest economic partner and a natural part of the local management team. You will work closely with production, purchasing, supply chain, and engineering, contributing analyses and decision support that strengthen the company's results.

Your main responsibilities include, among other things:

• Monthly and annual financial reporting as well as budgeting and forecasting.
• Monitoring and analysis of productivity, personnel costs, indirect costs, and investments.
• Business support to factory management through analyses and economic decision support.
• Standard costing, monitoring of production volumes, and cost-saving initiatives in close collaboration with production.
• Internal reporting to the division and the group, as well as the development and monitoring of relevant key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Participation in development initiatives within digitalization, AI, and modern working methods within controlling.

This is a role for you who want to combine strategic analysis work with close collaboration in operations. You will have an independent role with significant authority while becoming part of a competent and helpful controlling team where knowledge sharing and collaboration are in focus.

You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of future controlling through work with AI and digital tools in an international organization with a high level of ambition.

To be successful in this role, you need

• An academic degree in economics or another relevant subject area.
• A few years of experience working as a controller. Experience from manufacturing industry is meritorious, but we also welcome you with experience from other industries who want to take the next step.
• Are accustomed to working in Excel and have experience with business systems.
• Communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
• Meritorious: Experience with SAP, JDE, Power BI, standard costing, or work in an international organization.
