We are now taking the next step in our development and expanding further in Vaggeryd, Skillingaryd, and the Jönköping area. Therefore, we are looking for a business-driven Consultant Manager who wants to help build our presence in the region, develop client relationships, and put their own stamp on the operations.

About the role

As a Consultant Manager, you have a central role where you are responsible for the entire process, from creating new business to recruiting, matching, and following up with consultants at the client.

What makes this role unique is the opportunity to help build and develop PULS's continued presence in the area. You will have significant influence, close collaboration with management, and the opportunity to influence how we continue to grow in the region.

Your main responsibilities:

• Process new and existing clients
• Identify staffing needs and present solutions
• Recruit and match candidates to assignments
• Conduct interviews, reference checks, and selection
• Personnel responsibility for consultants at the client
• Ongoing client visits and follow-ups
• Negotiate agreements and ensure high client satisfaction
• Work towards set goals and budget

We are looking for you who

Have a strong business drive and enjoy building relationships. You are someone who sees opportunities where others see problems and is motivated by influencing your own results.

We believe you have experience from sales, staffing, recruitment, account management, or another role where you have worked closely with people and business. Industry experience is meritorious but not decisive; the most important thing is your personality, your drive, and your will to succeed.

Experience from the staffing and recruitment industry is a big plus as you can quickly apply your knowledge and contribute to our continued expansion in the region.

To succeed in the role, you need to be comfortable moving around visiting clients and consultants in the region. Therefore, a B-driver's license and access to a car are required, as a large part of the work is based on personal meetings and being close to the operations. To facilitate the work, pool cars are also available for client visits, consultant follow-ups, and other meetings out in the field.
