The role of Healthcare Administrator

At Clinical Physiology, you will have a highly varied job. We work according to a rotating schedule, including handling referrals, booking appointments, telephone advice, and reception duties. We work in several different administrative systems such as PAF, Cosmic, and Muse.

You will become an important function on the clinic and the "hub" of the network. You will handle everything from telephone contacts to being a support for our doctors and biomedical analysts. You will also play a key role in the daily management of examination times and the daily schedule for biomedical analysts. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop and work with varied and challenging tasks.

Your future workplace

Clinical Physiology is a county-wide clinic located at three hospitals in the county: Ryhov County Hospital, Höglandssjukhuset in Eksjö, and Värnamo Hospital. We serve patients and referrers throughout the county with high-quality diagnostics in several areas, such as ultrasound examinations of the heart and blood vessels, neurophysiological diagnostics, pulmonary function tests, and arrhythmia diagnostics.

Your profile

We are now looking for you who are trained as a Healthcare Administrator. Preferably with a few years of work experience.

We prefer that you:

• Are responsible.
• Have good language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Are structured and work well in a team.
• Are passionate about communication and coordination with a focus on: "the right patient at the right time".
• Can organize and handle multiple issues simultaneously.

We place great emphasis on personal suitability.
