We have now launched our operations in Vetlanda. Business and relationships are established, and the foundation is in place. We are now looking for you who want to be part of building and expanding on what we have started.

This is a role for you who enjoys when things are happening, but also values making things work sustainably over time. You will be joining an established venture, but one where you will have the opportunity to influence direction, pace, and how we move forward.

You will work closely with both clients and consultants, ensuring that assignments run smoothly, that people are happy, and that we continue to develop the business. This is a role where you are in the middle of the action – out in the field, in dialogue with the client, and close to our consultants in their daily work. You catch issues early, solve problems along the way, and ensure the whole picture holds together. We are looking for someone with potential, perhaps slightly more junior, who wants to grow into the role.

You do not need to know everything from the start, but you must be willing to take responsibility, learn, and make things happen. You enjoy working with people, are comfortable in interactions with others, and have a structure that helps you get things done. Your background could be in staffing, HR, industry, or something else where you have had responsibility for people. For us, who you are is more important than exactly what you have done. It is about having the instinct to find hidden gems – and making them work effectively for the client. In your daily routine, you recruit, onboard, and follow up on consultants. You build relationships, create trust, and ensure that the delivery maintains quality – every day.

• Driver’s license: A valid B-license is required, and access to your own car is preferred.

• Employment: Permanent position with an initial probationary period.
