At Mpya Finance, we are currently recruiting a Business Controller for Euroform Group in Tranås. Here, you will become a key business partner to the CFO and the company's management, with a clear mandate to create insights, drive follow-up, and ensure that decisions lead to concrete results.

Euroform Group is a high-tech developer and producer of injection-molded plastic systems and components for the European industry. Euroform AB has two factories in Tranås, and Euroform MediPharm AB is located in Motala, operating within the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry.

Main Responsibilities

As a Business Controller, you play a central role in the company's operational management, focusing on developing profitability, productivity, and business decision-making. The role involves both strategic and operational work where you ensure that the business works towards the right goals and monitors key performance indicators correctly.

  • Prepare decision support materials for investments, business changes, and improvement initiatives
  • Conduct business cases, scenario analyses, and profitability analyses
  • Actively participate in budgeting, forecasting, and closing processes
  • Analyze business results and identify drivers behind deviations and improvement potential
  • Develop and monitor business results, KPIs, and action plans
  • Ensure understanding of calculations, cost structures, and the relationship between pre-calculation, post-calculation, and reported results

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who have an academic education in economics or equivalent and several years of experience in Business Control, Operations Control, or a similar business-oriented role. You have a good understanding of accounting, including income statements and balance sheets, as well as the relationship between accounting and operational activities. Experience from the manufacturing industry is advantageous, and you are accustomed to working closely with managers and decision-makers. We also look for experience in full-cost accounting and a good understanding of calculation models and the relationship between pre-calculation, post-calculation, and actual results. Experience with Monitor ERP and Power BI is a plus.

As a person, you are business-minded, analytical, and driven by creating improvements. You easily see connections, identify root causes, and turn analyses into concrete recommendations and actions. You enjoy taking responsibility, challenging established ways of working, and driving issues from analysis to implementation. At the same time, you are a communicative and trustworthy person who easily builds relationships with colleagues throughout the organization.
