Pinewood is in an exciting phase of development with a major focus on driving the business forward, creating efficient working methods, and building a long-term profitable business. As part of this journey, we are now strengthening the finance function with a bookkeeper who wants to combine operational financial work with a natural business mindset and an interest in improving working methods and processes.

As a BOOKKEEPER at Pinewood, you will become part of the finance team and work closely with the CFO and one additional colleague in a broad role with significant individual responsibility. Here, you will become an important part of the daily financial work while having the opportunity to use your competence, engagement, and ideas. In addition to the ongoing financial work, you will be involved in improving working methods and developing processes for an even more efficient finance function together with the finance team. The role offers great freedom and can to some extent be shaped based on your experience, competence, and drive.

Your responsibilities will include, among other things:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and account and bank reconciliations
• Accounts receivable and follow-up of payments
• VAT reporting, periodic summaries, and other authority reporting
• Responsible for parts of the monthly and annual accounts as well as financial reporting
• Accounting for group and real estate companies
• Participate in the development of financial processes and working methods
• Contribute financial expertise to operational and development projects

YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for you who have a post-secondary education in economics or equivalent experience, as well as a few years of experience in bookkeeping. You have good knowledge within accounting and have experience with closing processes. If you have experience with international trade, e-commerce, or international VAT issues, such as within OSS or VOEC, we see this as meritorious. If you also have experience with Business Central, it is an extra plus. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, and responsible. You thrive working independently but also see the value of close collaboration with your colleagues. You are curious about the business and enjoy understanding how finance and business are connected.
